About Us
The Association of Science, Industry and Technology (BİLSAT) is a non-governmental organization established to strengthen public-university-industry cooperation and to sustainably develop Turkey’s scientific and technological infrastructure.
BİLSAT brings together public, private sector, and academic stakeholders in the fields of high and advanced technology, adding value to national development. Commercializing technology, developing innovative production models, and producing knowledge for export are among the association’s main priorities.
Objective of the Association
To establish effective, production-based collaborations between the public sector, private sector, and universities,
To commercialize technological knowledge and transform it into products, services, and methods,
To ensure innovation and efficiency in production processes,
To create investment areas and support employment growth,
To attract domestic and foreign capital to high-tech fields,
To establish infrastructure such as organized industrial zones, technology and health specialized zones, or to pioneer such structures.

Membership fees, grants, and donations may be accepted from institutions and individuals who are members of the association
For activities of public benefit, these supports may be transferred to relevant organizations
Guidance and consultancy are provided to members wishing to participate in OIZs and similar projects
